Andreas Gering est un tourneur sur bois, calme et à l’écoute. Avec sa femme Sandra Colosio Gerig, la profondeur, l’authenticité, la finesse, et la délicatesse de leurs deux personnalités entrecroisées, nous ont touché au coeur.

Nous avons dessiné deux projets en collaboration avec leur savoir-faire.

Notre réflexion s’est concentrée sur un objet familier du tournage : la toupie. Nous avons développé son esprit et multiplié ses combinaisons.

Pour le projet de la Chaise Infini : multiplier une unité en plusieurs et jouer sur un équilibre du vide.

Andreas Gering is a calm and attentive woodturner. Together with his wife Sandra Colosio Gerig, the depth, authenticity, finesse, and delicacy of their two combined personalities touched us.

We designed two projects in collaboration with their expertise.

Our reflection focused on a familiar object from the wood spinning: the spinner. We developed its spirit and multiplied its combinations.

For the Infinity Chair project: multiplying one unit into several and playing on the balance of the void.
